The sky is truly the limit! Our sprawling Rooftop Deck (750+ sqft) rests atop NEAT Bourbon Bar and grants a glimpse of Downtown Louisville in the backdrop. Seamlessly combine the indoor + outdoor living areas into one, cohesive gathering space compliments of the overhead bay door that glides open between the living room and rooftop deck. We brought sexy back in our R.E.M.A.R.K.A.B.L.E. powder room that portrays a certain photo-worthy quality fit for a designer magazine. Gold embellished black leather tile runs floor-to-ceiling, and accentuates a custom bourbon vanity (yes, the is bourbon real!). Original brick hearths deliver a warm touch and flank our frequently rotating artwork that has been carefully handcrafted by a local artist.

Indulge in our Gourmet Kitchen that boasts a 6-burner gas stove with vent hood that is sure to delight any discerning chef. A dramatic 8’ Center Island with bar seating and built-in ice maker is the star of the show. Our hypnotizing Album Wall showcases 30 unique vinyls that span multiple genres and decades with some of music’s most iconic hits. Feeling well-versed? A well-orchestrated Full-Size Kitchen is ready with all the essentials for your next jam session, and oozes of color that would make the B.B. King proud. Open shelving, stone countertops, beautiful stainless-steel appliances and a custom bar top will leave you with a mic drop.

Rock-n-Roll in the front bedroom that is composed of a one-of-a-kind King Bunkbed…yes, your heard that correctly…KING BUNKBED! Rejuvenate after hours in the Gameyard in this Queen Bed that rests beneath a lofty, vaulted ceiling. This immaculate bathroom features a gorgeous walk-in shower surround with glass door. Situated below the window is an office nook with desk…but let’s not kid ourselves, there won’t be any work accomplished during this stay. A ramp from the Gameyard to the suite allows those with wheelchairs to “Stay & Play” too!

SWEET SUITE STUDIO:
Don’t be fooled honey, this isn’t your typical cookie-cutter studio that will leave you feeling bittersweet. No need to sugarcoat it…this 275 SQFT studio easily flaunts a sprawling King Bed, a delectable Kitchenette, 2-seater dining table and an appetizing Full Bath dripping in a syrupy-sweet sensation. Come stay with us and call this abode “Home Sweet Home”.

***PARKING***
Parking is EXTREMELY limited given the dense urban environment - we recommend using a ride-share service or carpooling when feasible. Free parking is on a first-come basis and is available at the rear of the property, as well as the side of the property just off Patterson Avenue. Free street parking is available as well on surrounding streets. We can also arrange private shuttle pickup from the airport for larger parties with advanced notice.

Communication will be via the booking channel. You may encounter our wonderful cleaning crew on the exterior of the premises during your stay to ensure everything looks great...feel free to say hello :)

Situated on Bardstown Road (voted “Louisville’s Best Street”) in The Highlands Historic District, you’ll have plenty of unique and iconic options to explore during your stay…no car required. The Highlands is extremely walkable and bike friendly with over two dozen restaurants, coffeeshops, bookstores, breweries, and endless locally-owned places to find new treasures. Nearby Historic Cherokee Park designed by Fredrick Olmsted systems is home to 400+ acres of walking/running trails, vast green spaces and waterways to explore,

Bungalou borders downtown Louisville and popular “NuLu” where you can attend shows, sporting events, 4th Street Live! and walk across the Ohio River atop the pedestrian bridge to Indiana.

Ride-share services are recommended as parking is EXTREMELY limited. The Highlands is very walkable, and many scooters are nearby as well.

Bardstown Road is a lively street with walkability to many surrounding restaurants, coffeeshops, boutique shops, entertainment, and nightlife that can stay open til 2am.

NEAT Bourbon Bar is located at the front of the property - guests will have private, back-door access without ever having to step foot off the property. NEAT Bottle Shop has all essentials for sale – spirits/beer/wine/bourbon.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
